The revised list will now be displayed whenever the landmarks list is accessed.
Instructions follow for building the individual landmark pages.
Building the Media Pages
In the Dashboard, the column at the left contains a link to “Media.” Click this link and the “Add New” link to upload a new or revised page. All of the initial landmark pages were created in Adobe Acrobat and saved as .pdf files.
The Elementor “Upload” function will accept .pdf files, but will display the following error message if an attempt is made to upload an .html file:
“Sorry, you are not allowed to upload this file type.“
(Note: The html table file listed above is inserted into the Elementor list as a plain text file.)
The “Add New” link will display a prompt to select the file to to be uploaded and allows a search of your local file system to select the file. When the file is selected, click on “Upload”. When the file is uploaded, click on the “Unassigned” link and assign the file to the landmarks page of interest, then click on “Copy URL” and paste the URL into the table file on your computer. Save the file to your computer, copy the file to your clipboard, then access the page of interest and paste the file into the landmarks list as described above.
